Whilst mid flow of photographing a wedding, a CF card error was displayed on my camera and was rendered unusable. Having taken over 200 photos on the card I was somewhat concerned. On returning home, to my horror I discovered the card could not be read by my computer and was unable to extract the images. I was recommended The Sterling Data Group and so contacted them straight away. From the first point of contact the service was faultless. The CF card was handed over and within the hour I was informed that 100% of the data could be retrieved. As you can imagine this was a huge relief as I had potentially lost images that could never be re captured, not to mention my companies reputation and credibility. I cannot recommend The Sterling Data Group enough.

A customer came to me with a failing hard drive which could no longer be read in their computer, and no backups of the important data! Sterling collected the drive next morning, retrieved all the data by close of next working day, and sent it back on a USB hard drive the day after. Priced well and a fast service with great communication at every stage - couldn't ask for better.

Very poor service. Accidentally sent them the wrong drive and received no communication from them about this fact. Gave a thorough explanation of the issues on the drive and it would have been obvious that the wrong drive had been sent in. Sent a complaint in to the company but never so much as received a reply at all.

BC data recovery and Freddie are hands down the best data recovery company in the UK. After being messed around by all of apples suggested data recovery companies, charged numerous times for “diagnostics”, I was almost about to give up. They picked up my laptop and recover all my data from my 2017 MacBook Pro in less than 24 hours. The service was seamless and maintained great communication throughout the process. We had to have a load of foes scanned quickly but to a very high standard for a court case. Due to this they all had to be organised and output to PDF files following in a very specific way.Not only did the team working on this quickly understand the project requirements they completed the task ahead of the agreed deadline and within the budget.The scanning was great quality, very happy all round.

BCDM responded quickly and supplied 3 lockable "wheely bins" to my home (24 miles from their base) which over a couple of weeks I filled with old (10+ years) business and personal files for shredding and certified destruction.Very satisfied with the service - and I am sure there must be a lot of people who, like me, have garages and lofts full of ancient confidential documents. I have recommended them to neighbours.
