You Pack, We Collect & Store

The simplest storage solution for your surplus items. Simply select the required quantity of boxes (32.5 x 42 x 32 (cm)) below and we’ll drop them off to you free of charge within 3 business days. You have 2 weeks from sign up to pack the boxes and to arrange collection. Storage charges (£4.16 per box, per month) will begin two weeks from the date that you have placed your order. The simplest storage solution for your surplus items. Simply select the required quantity of boxes (32.5 x 42 x 32 (cm)) below and we’ll drop them off to you free of charge within 3 business days. You have 2 weeks from sign up to pack the boxes and to arrange collection. Storage charges (£4.16 per box, per month) will begin two weeks from the date that you have placed your order.

What Can I Store?

Anything that you like, so long as it’s legal, non hazardous, non perishable and not living.

Can We use our own Boxes?

Yes, so long as they are similar in size to the boxes that we supply. Please mention that you don’t need boxes to be provided in the notes section when ordering. We’ll send you the correct quantity of box bar code labels to enable you to prepare your boxes for collection.

What about items larger than the box?

If you have items to store that are larger than the boxes that we supply, please contact us as we can most likely assist you.

Where do you Collect & Deliver to?

Our service areas are listed below, if you are outside of these please contact us for options. When collecting, we request that all the boxes are together and preferably on the ground floor. Our Friendly & Courteous Drivers will collect from other floors so long as reasonable access is available.

What about returns from Storage?

When you need one or several of your boxes from storage simply purchase the Return Delivery option and detail the box bar code references that you require. Returns from storage are charged at £3.74 per box and are completed within three business days, need it sooner, no problem just select the delivery time option that suits your needs, additional charges do apply.

Can I send the box back to Storage?

Yes! You are free to send the boxes to and from storage as often as you wish. To send boxes back to Storage, simply purchase the Collection option and detail the box bar code references that you are sending back. Returns from storage are charged at £3.74 per box and are completed within three business days, need it sooner, no problem just select the delivery time option that suits your needs, additional charges do apply.

Can I close my Account?

Yes, whenever you wish. If you wish to close your account, no problem, simply request the delivery of all of your boxes and let us know  that you wish to cancel. We’ll then cancel the account for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any unused storage that has been paid for. If you cancel before the Storage Charges have begun you will be charged for the boxes and the delivery.

How do I make payments?

All charges are paid via PayPal. The Storage is charged as a subscription Collections & Returns as single transactions, with PayPal you remain in control at all times. VAT invoices are provided for your records.
