If you require BCDM to collect your devices for data recovery purposes, please contact us first to check availability.

Collections are completed by BCDM Drivers trained to handle your devices and they will bring appropriate packing materials.

Collections are charged at £10.00 plus £2.00 per mile (calculated at the checkout) plus VAT. If you are within the London Congestion Charging Zone, please select Congestion Charging below and the £9.00 fee will be added to your order.

Once we have confirmed availability, please purchase this service and we'll despatch a driver to make the collection.
